Terrazas de La Torre is the latest Polaris World resort in the Nicklaus Golf Trail. The 18 hole golf course is landscaped in a "desert" style, with indigenous species, plants and flora which require little water.

On two sides of the resort are the 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments which have been designed in a traditional Mediterranean style. The apartment buildings are grouped around the swimming pools and the private community gardens. All apartments have stunning views to the golf course and the surrounding countryside.

A large lake, with an island in the middle, is located in the centre of the resort and encircled by a promenade. On the island there will be apartments, a restaurant and a selection of bars.

The resort will also have a commercial centre housing a variety of shops, themed restaurants, fast food restaurants, bars, a crèche and doctor’s surgery.
