The "Upstairs Vista" apartments have been thoughtfully designed and are built over three floors, offering several different styles of accomodation. The blocks are divided into sets of four homes per floor, each with stairs and a lift.

The access road is at the level of the first floor homes, entrance to which is via several footbridges. The ground floor apartments can be reached via a sunken pathway built behind the homes and below the footbridges.

Inside the apartments, both ground and first floor apartments offer identical layouts. Entering from the rear, you cross an entrance hall to the kitchen, via a lattice door. There is also a serving hatch between the kitchen and dining room which provides the kitchen with even more light and a feeling of spaciousness. Moving further along, the dining-living room extends right out into the open onto a large terrace. The terrace is covered on the ground floor and uncovered with a pergola on the first floor. The washing and drying machines are concealed in a cupboard on the terrace.

From the dining room, a small hallway provides access to two bedrooms and a bathroom, with the master bedroom enjoying direct views over the golf course.
